- Arnaud Joly has been appointed General Manager of the Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel, following previous experience at the Prince de Galles and the Bristol Paris.
- Marie Organ becomes Hotel Manager, bringing over ten years of expertise in high-end hospitality and dining.
- These appointments come at a time of continued upscaling in the Nice hotel sector.
A dual appointment to support the hotel’s development
The Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel has announced the appointment of Arnaud Joly as General Manager and Marie Organ as Hotel Manager. These designations aim to strengthen the development of the Nice property, officially inaugurated in December 2022.
Profiles from the luxury hospitality sector
Arnaud Joly has a strong background in luxury hospitality, having previously served as Executive Assistant General Manager at the Prince de Galles and as Financial Control Manager at the Bristol Paris. At Anantara Plaza Nice, his mission will focus on consolidating the hotel’s positioning among the region’s top references and enhancing the guest experience.
Marie Organ brings over ten years of experience in premium hospitality and dining. Before joining Nice, she was responsible for food & beverage operations at the Prince de Galles in Paris. She will now work alongside the general management to oversee the hotel’s daily operations, with a particular focus on service quality and operational efficiency.
Strengthened positioning within Nice’s hotel offering
Located in the city center, the Anantara Plaza Nice is part of the group of luxury hotels that have recently opened or reinforced their presence on the Côte d’Azur. This trend reflects a broader renewal of Nice’s hotel offer (Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel, Double Tree by Hilton, Hôtel du Couvent, Hôtel Palais Ségurane, Mama Shelter, …), supported by steady year-round tourism and a strong wave of investments in the high-end hospitality sector.
In recent years, Nice’s hotel industry has grown both quantitatively and qualitatively (with over 60% of properties rated 4 or 5 stars). Today, the city counts more than 200 hotels, representing around 12,000 rooms. Since 2020, more than 3,000 additional rooms have been created, including over 1,000 near the Grand Arenas international business district.
