Team Nice Côte d’Azur is organizing the welcome ceremony for newly established companies.
On Friday, April 28, Christian Estrosi, Mayor of Nice, President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, and Deputy President of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region, welcomed the newly established companies to the metropolitan area.
Organized by the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and its economic development agency Team Nice Côte d’Azur, the “Welcome to the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis” ceremony aimed to highlight the companies that have made the strategic choice to invest and establish themselves in the region.

In front of around sixty participants, including business leaders, local officials, and representatives from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, and the Metropolitan Tourist Office, Christian Estrosi reiterated the ambitious policy being pursued to make the Metropolis a model of attractiveness, innovation, and sustainable development.
The event was structured around several key moments: an address by Christian Estrosi, followed by a speech by Jacques Richier, President of Team Nice Côte d’Azur and Metropolitan Councillor for Economy, Tourism, Industry, Innovation, and Employment.
Three testimonials from recently established companies also punctuated the event:

With the presence of more than 25 companies, this first edition confirms the economic attractiveness momentum driven by the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and the effectiveness of the support provided to businesses.
Throughout the various speeches, the many strengths of the metropolitan area were highlighted: an international metropolis connected to the world via France’s second-largest airport, a dynamic innovation ecosystem supported by cutting-edge infrastructure, a strong commitment to sustainable development, a proactive policy to support business establishment and growth, and an exceptional quality of life between the sea and the mountains.
All these elements make the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis a strategic destination for the development of high value-added economic activities.
