The funding brings together several institutional partners. The French State contributes €7.9 million and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Region €14.7 million.

The extension of the Promenade du Paillon benefits from €11.6 million in funding awarded by the European Union through the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund).
