Noticing that these jobs were often being overlooked, in March the PASS (Perfumes, Aromas, Scents, Flavours) Competitiveness Cluster, based in Grasse on the Cote d’Azur opened a web portal dedicated to employment in the perfumes, cosmetics and food flavours industries.
From its very first weeks online, the website demonstrated that it satisfied a real need for information and contacts for both companies and candidates. PASS-REL already features around forty job adverts, a hundred CVs, nearly 80 job descriptions and information on over 120 training courses.
The Pass-Rel.fr website is an information site dedicated exclusively to fine chemistry and more specifically to employment in the perfumes, cosmetics and food flavours industries. It aims to facilitate the circulation of information about employment and skills and aid networking within the sector. Its objective is therefore to help with guidance, integration and professional development within the perfumes, cosmetics and flavours industry.
The result of a joint project between numerous organisations in the sector, this website is run by the PASS Cluster which represents the aromatics and cosmetics industry, with over 12,000 direct industrial jobs across the Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur Region.
It features:

– A jobs and internship board.
– Training course information.
This initiative, which strengthens the recognised specialisation and expertise of the Grasse area in the aromas and perfumes sector, is supported by Europe through the European Social Fund, by the Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur Regional Council and by the Azur Provence Cluster.
