Sébastien Huron leaves the company
Sébastien Huron, Executive Managing Director of Virbac, has announced his resignation, effective no later than September 30, 2024. After eighteen years of service, Sébastien Huron wishes to take a break in his professional career.

Virbac is above all a fantastic human adventure, the most beautiful story and the greatest pride of my professional life. I will of course remain fully committed alongside Marie-Hélène Dick, with Habib Ramdani and the management team to ensure a smooth transition. I have great confidence in our management teams and particularly in Habib, with whom I have been working as a duo for more than eight years.”
Habib Ramdani takes over
The Board of Directors of Virbac has appointed Habib Ramdani as Interim Executive Managing Director. Currently Deputy Managing Director and Group Financial Director, Habib Ramdani will be responsible for maintaining the momentum of the company until the appointment of a new Executive Managing Director. The Board of Directors expressed its full confidence in Habib Ramdani and his ability to lead the Group during this transition period, relying on the support of the management committee.
Support and recognition from the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors has decided to appoint Habib Ramdani, currently Deputy Managing Director, Group Financial Director, as Interim Executive Managing Director, replacing Sébastien Huron, until the Nominations and Remunerations Committee recruits the next Managing Director. Supported by the Board of Directors, Habib can count on the full support of the Group Executive Committee to execute the roadmap of our Virbac 2030 project.
The Board of Directors warmly thanks Sébastien for the fantastic work he has done. “He leaves a very dynamic, high-performing, fast-growing company, with a clear strategy and strong teams and we wish him every happiness for the future,” said Marie-Hélène Dick, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.
