SweetHome is a startup located in Nice that offers a solution to supervise your second home. Founded by Mikhail Suchkov, this app surfs on the PropTech market and aims to convince second homes owners of the Côte d’Azur.
Can you tell us about your business?
SWEETHOME is a mobile & laptop platform that allows making effective remote supervision of a second property on all stages from purchase through renovation and maintenance until the selling procedure. We help our clients, second-home owners, to solve following remote management problems: numerous communication channels, language barriers, international payments, tax and legal lack of knowledge, an absence of visual control and direct contact. Our solution is for HNWI segment and offers a tailor-made configuration and an integration of security & smart home devices.
Why did you choose the Côte d’Azur?
We chose Nice because it is one of the main regions for Second home destination. We were also influenced by the growing favorable ecosystem for development of innovative enterprises in the region. We are developing our project with powerful support of the famous CEEI incubator.
What particular support have you received from Team Côte d’Azur while choosing a location and setting up?
Team Côte d’Azur provided us administrative support both in France and Russia. We worked closely with its representatives during our SAS SWEETHOME company registration process and some visa issues. Moreover, the agency put us in contact with many regional organizations including the CEEI incubator where our project was accepted for a 2-year support program.
What are your projects and objectives for the coming year?
Our goals for the upcoming year are to launch a mobile application, connect first clients and find business partners. We expect successful participation in the international startup competition Get in the Ring, with 350 corporate innovators and investors invited.
