The American airline is adding a second connection between the French Riviera and the United States.
Delta Air Lines [NYSE:DAL]is resuming its daily non-stop service from Nice to Atlanta, starting May 13th, 2023, increasing the airline’s capacity from the south of France to the United States to more than 3,300 weekly seats during high season.
Delta’s Nice-Atlanta connection will complement the airline’s existing daily seasonal flight to New York-JFK
This new route from France is now part of what will become Delta’s largest European network, with the airline operating more than 600 weekly flights to 26 destinations across Europe. The flight will be operated on a 238-seat Boeing 767, offering a choice of all of Delta’s cabin experiences, including Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+, and Main Cabin, and will be operated in partnership with Air France, KLM, and Virgin Atlantic.

High-end products and equipment
The customers in Delta One can recline in a fully-flat bed seat and enjoy high-end amenities such as Someone Somewhere travel kits. made by artisans, plush bedding made from recycled materials, expanded pre-departure beverage and amuse-bouche options, a three-course meal prepared by a chef, and a variety of desserts such as a DIY ice cream sundae.
Additionally, Delta recently launched an enhanced Delta Premium Select experience which offers premium artisanal meals and amenities, and more dedicated services, with the opportunity to use innovative technology to shape the customer journey (e.g. using the FlyDelta app, facial recognition, RFID baggage tracking system, etc.).
Delta Premium Select customers also have more space to stretch out and relax with a wider seat, additional recline, and adjustable foot and leg rests.
Delta customers on board have access to individual entertainment screens featuring a variety of premium content on Delta Studio, power outlets in seats for their devices, fast Wi-Fi available for purchase, and free mobile messaging.
