Recognition in a strategic sector
The startup UncovAI, founded in Nice, joins the select group of companies identified by Wavestone and Bpifrance as the most innovative in the sector.
Selected in the 2025 edition of the Cybersecurity Innovation Radar, it represents a new generation of players able to offer sovereign, efficient, and tailored solutions to the challenges posed by generative artificial intelligence.
In a context marked by the explosion of AI-generated content, the issue of its traceability has become critical. It is on this need that UncovAI positions itself, with a differentiating approach: a detection technology based on mathematical assumptions, rather than on deep learning models, which require significant resources.
The solution developed by UncovAI can identify AI-generated content with more than 95% accuracy.
An entrepreneurial momentum recognized
This selection adds to two significant awards: winning the 2024 national Graines de Boss competition, after passing through the local Riviera edition supported by the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and the Nice Côte d’Azur Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the 2025 RMC BFM Startup Challenge prize received at Viva Technology. Two decisive steps that have increased UncovAI’s visibility within French innovation circles.
Beyond its individual performance, UncovAI illustrates the growing potential of the Riviera ecosystem. Supported locally and hosted by the Provence Côte d’Azur incubator, the startup works alongside two other metropolitan deeptech startups: Kheops and Innofenso. A trajectory that confirms the territory’s ability to foster advanced technologies with national and European reach.
