Nice continues to demonstrate its commitment to the health and well-being of its inhabitants by inaugurating a new urban health trail in the Fabron district.
This project is part of the city’s overall approach to encourage and facilitate the regular practice of physical activity for all Nice residents, regardless of their age, health status, or place of residence.
The Acti’Santé Nice Fabron loop, with a distance of 2.8 kilometers, combines walking, physical exercises, and discovery of the botanical heritage. This trail offers a unique experience that combines sport and culture, allowing users to enjoy the benefits of physical activity while discovering the richness of the local heritage.
The benefits of physical activity are widely recognized for health and well-being. It contributes to improving physical fitness, reducing the risks of chronic diseases, and promoting good psychological balance. Walking, in particular, is an activity accessible to all and has many health benefits.
This new health trail in Fabron is part of the desire to develop urban health trails in the different districts of Nice. The City of Nice Sports-Health House, which supports Nice residents towards the regular practice of a moderate, secure, and adapted physical activity to their health, needs, and desires, supports this initiative.
