The site in Sophia Antipolis, now owned by Dolby France, is home to a R&amp;D center for software developing that benefits from a\u00a0<strong>highly innovative environment in the field of IT<\/strong>. The company has equipped 85% of France\u2019s movie theaters with digital servers and accounts for several breakthroughs in image technology. Doremi obtained a patent for its\u00a0<strong>high-res picture technology\u00a0<\/strong>named \u201c<i>4K\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dolby Digital<\/strong>\u00a0is Doremi\u2019s counterpart when it comes to sound technology.
