Summer Hotels <\/a>has announced the entry of Bpifrance, through the France Investissement Tourisme 3 fund, as well as Sofipaca Groupe Cr\u00e9dit Agricole and BNP Paribas D\u00e9veloppement into its capital. The three financial partners are taking a minority stake alongside the founder. This transaction marks the first opening of the company\u2019s capital since the group was created in 2004. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An independent group with a strong foothold on the French Riviera.<\/strong>
Founded in 2004, Summer Hotels operates 11 three- and four-star hotels on the French Riviera, including 7 in Nice. Each property retains its own identity while adhering to shared quality standards. Through successive acquisitions, the group has become the leading independent hotel operator in the Alpes-Maritimes department. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established economic indicators and a confirmed growth path.<\/strong>
Summer Hotels currently generates \u20ac36 million in revenue. The group aims to exceed \u20ac40 million in 2026. This momentum is driven by the operational performance of its properties and by structured financial management. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A strengthening of equity in support of a regional strategy.
The transaction is intended to consolidate the group\u2019s financial resources. It forms part of the continuation of an active strategy of targeted acquisitions. Summer Hotels, the leading independent hotel group in the Alpes-Maritimes, is opening up its capital to Bpifrance through its France Investissement Tourisme 3 fund, as well as to Sofipaca Groupe Cr\u00e9dit Agricole and BNP Paribas D\u00e9veloppement. This transaction will enable the group to pursue its acquisition strategy and establish itself as a leading player in the Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Created in 2004, Summer Hotels owns and operates 11 three- and four-star hotels located between Cannes and Menton. Each property develops its own identity while sharing high quality standards. In two decades, the group has become the leading independent hotel operator on the French Riviera. It currently generates \u20ac36 million in revenue and aims to exceed \u20ac40 million in 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group is led by a duo of Managing Directors, Laurent Rossi and Audrey Denis. Alongside the Founder and Chairman, they oversee the company\u2019s development and structuring. People and customer satisfaction are central pillars of their strategy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The growth ambition driven by the teams has led the founder to open up the capital, for the first time, to a consortium of minority regional institutional investors, led by Bpifrance through its France Investissement Tourisme 3 fund and supported by Sofipaca and BNP Paribas D\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
