This <strong>135-bed<\/strong> medico-social infrastructure meets a <strong>growing demand for long-term care and rehabilitation.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backed by an <strong>investment of \u20ac25 million excluding taxes<\/strong>, fully financed by the group, the project is part of a strategy to strengthen geriatric care capacity within the metropolitan area. The building, currently under construction, will be delivered at the <strong>end of 2027<\/strong>, following a work schedule divided into three main phases: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Autumn 2025<\/strong>: completion of the foundations<\/li><li><strong>Autumn 2026<\/strong>: completion of the main structure<\/li><li><strong>End of 2027<\/strong>: opening to patients<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>A facility designed for the geriatric care pathway<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Located at <strong>192 boulevard de la Madeleine<\/strong>, the site will cover <strong>6,500 m\u00b2<\/strong> over <strong>five floors<\/strong>, <strong>with two basement levels<\/strong> including <strong>50 parking spaces<\/strong>. The facility will offer a complete <strong>healthcare pathway<\/strong>, structured around three complementary units: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Medical care and rehabilitation (SMR): <\/strong>35 beds<\/li><li><strong>Long-term care (SLD):<\/strong> 90 beds<\/li><li><strong>Day hospital:<\/strong> 10 places<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>rooftop therapeutic garden<\/strong> will complement the overall approach, focused on functional rehabilitation, well-being, and residents\u2019 quality of life.
