At Anantara Plaza Nice, his mission will focus on consolidating the hotel\u2019s positioning among the region\u2019s top references and enhancing the guest experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marie Organ brings over ten years of experience in premium hospitality and dining. Before joining Nice, she was responsible for food &amp; beverage operations at the Prince de Galles in Paris.
