From September 3 to 6, 2024, Stefano Cimmarusti, Head of Project Development at Team Nice C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur, will represent the Nice C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur Metropolis at SMM 2024 in Hamburg<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event, recognized as the world’s largest maritime industry gathering, will bring together nearly 40,000 participants from over 120 countries and more than 2,000 exhibiting companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the theme “Driving the Maritime Transition,” SMM 2024 will highlight cutting-edge technologies and essential innovations for a sustainable transition in the maritime sector.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Stefano Cimmarusti will actively promote the strengths of Nice C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur as a European innovation hub at SMM 2024. The participation of Team Nice C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur is part of a broader strategy to stimulate innovation in key sectors such as yachting, marine renewable energies, and coastal protection, illustrated by projects such as the Blue Innovation Challenge<\/a><\/em> and the hosting of the United Nations Conference on the Ocean (UNOC 2025) to be held in Nice in June 2025<\/a>.
