- Follow Health, a software company specialising in solutions for medical specialists and surgeons, has joined Orisha, a European group specialising in vertical business software. The transaction was announced as part of three acquisitions unveiled by Orisha on 30 June 2026.
- The company, which has been headquartered in Nice, at the heart of the Arenas international business district, since 2025, reflects the strength and vitality of the HealthTech ecosystem on the Côte d’Azur.
- Founded in Rennes in 2015, Follow Health develops a SaaS platform covering the entire patient journey and currently supports 1,500 specialists across demanding medical disciplines including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology and digestive surgery.
- The acquisition strengthens Orisha’s healthcare vertical, which now generates more than €100 million in revenue in 2026.
A platform designed by and for medical specialists
Founded in 2015, Follow Health has established itself in the premium medical software segment by developing a SaaS platform specifically designed to meet the needs of specialist practitioners. The solution covers the entire patient journey: scheduling, clinical monitoring, medical documentation, prescriptions, billing and electronic claims submission. It currently supports 1,500 specialists across demanding surgical disciplines including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, urology and digestive surgery.
The product’s strength lies in its collaborative approach: software designed by doctors, for doctors, with an intuitive and modular interface that enables practitioners to regain significant clinical time each week. The platform, used by thousands of healthcare professionals to manage millions of patient records, meets the healthcare sector’s security and certification requirements, including health data hosting and Ségur standards.
Follow Health at the heart of Nice’s HealthTech ecosystem
Founded in Brittany in 2015, Follow Health relocated its headquarters to Nice’s Arenas business district in 2025. The company has thereby positioned its development at the heart of the Côte d’Azur HealthTech ecosystem. Its combination with Orisha reinforces this momentum at a time when the region’s digital health sector is expanding rapidly around Nice University Hospital (CHU de Nice), 3IA Côte d’Azur and a growing network of startups.

The combination represents a cornerstone in taking Orisha’s healthcare business beyond the €100 million revenue threshold. Backed by Francisco Partners and TA Associates, the group is targeting €400 million in revenue in 2026 and aims to reach €600 million by 2028.
