Sophia Antipolis Science Park

The Sophia Antipolis science park, the first of its kind in Europe, is home to a great number of high-tech enterprises from across the world:
-over 1,400 companies (mainly in the high-tech sector)
-30,000 employees (more than half of whom are executives)
-2,400 hectares in a well preserved natural setting.
The technology park adopts the latest urban planning strategies. A series of action plans is under way to revitalize the technology park with the renovation of existing districts, the design of mixed-use office/housing developments, the creation of a new St Philippe district and the launch of a local transport network.

Here, too, all new construction will meet sustainable development requirements and systematically take into account the recommendations of the Grenelle Environment Forum.
