In southern Eco Valley a business district project is taking shape close the center of the International Airport Nice Côte d'Azur.

The new major business district will offer a new corporate real estate program of nearly 150,000 m2 of offices and 50,000 m2 of new housing, benefiting from the multimodal platform and the extension of the Nice tramway.

Sophia Antipolis, Europe's largest technology park

With more than a million square meters of corporate real estate, Sophia Antipolis benefit from the largest offer of real estate in Europe for a technology park.

Sophia Antipolis is pursuing its development and now ranks among the three leading technology parks in Europe in terms of growth potential, with 700,000 square meters of land available for development, in addition to 1.2 million square meters of existing office space, lab facilities and homes.

The park's development will ultimately involve increasing the density of areas already developed and refitting existing business facilities according to the latest urban development concepts in mobility, environmental protection, landscaping and dedicated transportation infrastructure.
