This bid was approved by the Commercial Court of Paris on Monday, 30th January 2012.
Hi-Media and France Economie Régions intend to develop a "bi-media" strategy through LaTribune.fr, a rolling news website on the one hand and a national weekly paper that will be published on Fridays on the other.
