This bid was approved by the Commercial Court of Paris on Monday, 30th January 2012.

Hi-Media and France Economie Régions intend to develop a "bi-media" strategy through LaTribune.fr, a rolling news website on the one hand and a national weekly paper that will be published on Fridays on the other.

The law firm LimoNi. Avocats, created on 1st July 2011 by Laurent Limoni and Isabelle Nègre, two lawyers who formerly worked for Paris-based business law firms, advises and represents its clients, listed companies and SMEs, in business-related litigation and particularly collective procedures.
