Sophia Antipolis: Success for Mobilegov capital increase

Mobilegov, creator of the Digital DNA technology, announces the success of its capital increase

The amount of the capital increase is € 544,704 which, in compliance with under current legislation has been reserved for qualified investors.

 

New technologies developed by Mobilegov during 2009 have allowed to propose a new product for companies involved in web activities, the plug and play "Mobilegov Digital DNA ID Box" have reduced considerably intervention of Mobilegov engineers during each software installation.

 

Doubling the number of demonstrators (proof of concept), since the beginning of the year, requires that Mobilegov get equipped with Digital DNA Mobilegov ID Box housing owner. Customers, before ordering, want to see a demonstrator integrated into their computing environment and network. Thus, the conquest of this new market requires a significant investment.

 

Michel Frenkiel, Mobilegov President, said: "Despite the difficulties encountered in the development of new products, which led to serious delays in the completion of 2009 sales, the main historical shareholders who joined Mobilegov during its IPO in 2008 have renewed their confidence in the future of the company by subscribing to the capital increase. Managers and executives of the company have subscribed 36% of the transaction which has enabled the creation of 136,176 new titles".

Bio

Ségolène PIN MONSAINGEON is the Business Unit Manager for the Information Technologies business sectors. The IT Business Unit addresses all technology-oriented companies in the fields of micro-electronics, telecommunications, software and multimedia.
Previously, Ségolène was in charge of marketing intelligence and responsible for the Riviera Resource Center.
Before joining Team Côte d'Azur, Segolene worked for several years as EMEA Marketing and Communication Manager for Alcatel Amtech, an American-European joint venture providing global solutions based on RFID technologies in the transportation and access control industries.
She holds a joint Master Degree in Economics and Foreign Languages from the Grenoble University (France), as well as a Translator Master Degree from the University of Alberta (Canada).
